When you order your favorite pieces from fashiondiaries.online, you have the following payment options:

Shipping:
In addition to the stated prices, we charge 5 euros per order for delivery within Austria.
Within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 5 euros per order.
Within the EU we charge 7 euros per order for delivery.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart and on the order page.
Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties), not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
Delivery times:
Orders for which all products are in stock and received by 12 p.m. are normally processed and shipped on the same working day (MON-FRI). Orders placed after 12 noon the following day.
Delivery time Germany: 2-3 working days
Delivery time for Austria and the rest of the EU: 3-4 working days
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can always track your order.

Parcel shipping takes place from Mon-Fri.
Delivery time for backorders/PRE ORDER: If an item is on back order, it means that it will be back in our warehouse shortly. You can already see the status in the shopping cart and also on the invoice. You can pre-order the item, the delivery time will be delayed by 1 week (unless otherwise stated.) Your order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you want a partial delivery, please contact our customer service.
