Returns

If you don’t like a favorite piece or don’t fit, you can of course send it back within 2 weeks.

Procedure for a return:

3. Complete the return form with the required data.
4. You will receive an answer from our customer service within 2-3 working days.
5. Print out this note and enclose it in the package.
6. You can now send off your package.
7. The processing of the return and the transfer back to the original means of payment will be processed within 30 days.

IMPORTANT:

1. The buyer bears the costs of the return.
2. Please make sure you have included the returns form in your package. If this is not the case, it cannot be assigned.
3. We recommend sending the return with proof, just to have security and control in case something goes missing.
4. Items must be unworn with tags and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Of course you can try your items, but please pack them back in the original packaging when returning them.

If a package does not meet our returns regulations, it will be returned to the sender.
